1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal betting account created by a User on the agen46 platform, accessible through unique login credentials.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a sports event, casino game, lottery draw, or other gaming outcome offered on the platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by agen46 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a User's bank account, e-wallet, or other payment method into their agen46 account balance.
• "Indonesian Rupiah" or "IDR" or "Rp" means the official currency of Indonesia in which all transactions on the platform are denominated.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, and related services provided by agen46, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, togel (traditional lottery), and other entertainment products.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a User's agen46 account balance to their registered bank account or e-wallet.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use agen46 services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and any funds forfeited.

2.2 Residency: Our services are intended for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the platform and placing bets. Use of VPN services or other methods to disguise your location is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

2.3 Account Registration: To use agen46 services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.4 One Account Per Person: Each User is permitted to open and maintain only one account on agen46. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any User found operating multiple accounts will have all accounts closed and balances forfeited.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC): agen46 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, you may be required to submit identity verification documents including a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian national identity card or KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official document dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your ID. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account restrictions or closure.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods: agen46 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon. We also accept e-wallet payments through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts and VIP members enjoy higher deposit limits.

3.3 Deposit Processing Time: Most deposits via Indonesian banks and e-wallets are processed instantly and credited to your account within five (5) minutes. During periods of high transaction volume or bank maintenance windows, processing may take up to thirty (30) minutes.

3.4 Deposit Fees: agen46 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment providers.

3.5 Responsible Deposit Limits: As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, increases to deposit limits take effect after a forty-eight (48) hour cooling-off period. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility: You may request a withdrawal only after your account has been fully verified through our KYC process. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your agen46 account.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah). Maximum withdrawal limits vary based on account verification status and VIP tier. Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. VIP accounts enjoy higher limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts. Once approved, funds are typically transferred to your bank account or e-wallet within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours depending on the receiving financial institution's processing times. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to five (5) business days.

4.4 Withdrawal Fees: agen46 does not charge fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals in the same calendar month may incur an administrative fee of Rp 10,000 per transaction. Your receiving bank or e-wallet may also impose their own fees.

4.5 Wagering Requirements: Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before a withdrawal can be processed. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering activities. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the bonus terms.

4.6 Pending Bets: You cannot withdraw funds if you have open or pending bets on your account. All active bets must be settled before a withdrawal request can be submitted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses and promotions offered by agen46 are available to eligible Users who meet the specific requirements of each offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method.

5.2 Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "turnover" requirements) which must be completed before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x") meaning you must wager the bonus amount thirty times. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games contribute 10% to 20%.

5.3 Bonus Abuse: agen46 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we detect bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating betting with other Users, exploiting software errors, or using automated betting systems.

5.4 Maximum Bet Limits: While wagering a bonus, the maximum bet per spin or hand is typically Rp 25,000 unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.5 Bonus Expiration: Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the offer terms (typically fourteen to thirty days). Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited.

6. Betting Rules and Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules: All bets placed on agen46 are subject to these Terms & Conditions and the specific rules of each game or sport. You are responsible for ensuring you understand the rules before placing any bet. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once accepted by our system.

6.2 Sports Betting: For sports betting, the outcome of all bets is determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). In the event of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled matches, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in our Sports Betting Rules.

6.3 Casino Games: All casino games including slots, table games, and live dealer games operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are independently tested for fairness. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical error results in an incorrect payout, agen46 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust your account balance accordingly.

6.4 Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Colluding with other Users or engaging in syndicate betting
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors
• Betting on events where you have insider information
• Arbitrage betting or matched betting across platforms
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other Users

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 Service Availability: While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, agen46 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, server maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

7.2 Third-Party Services: agen46 uses third-party payment processors, game providers, and odds suppliers. We are not responsible for failures, errors, or delays caused by these third parties.

7.3 Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, agen46's total liability to any User for any claim arising from these Terms or use of our services shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7.4 Gambling Risks: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. agen46 is not responsible for any gambling losses you incur. You should only gamble with money you can afford to lose.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Closure: You may close your agen46 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding obligations. Bonus funds and pending bonuses will be forfeited.

8.2 Account Suspension: agen46 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to platform integrity. Suspended accounts cannot be accessed, and funds may be held pending investigation.

8.3 Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Age Verification: agen46 is committed to preventing underage gambling. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years old to use our services. We employ age verification measures and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

9.2 Self-Exclusion: If you feel gambling is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion for a period of twenty-four hours, seven days, thirty days, ninety days, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account or receive marketing communications.
